Baby Nail Trimmer

This helped ease my son into getting his nails clipped. He does complain or feels hot sometimes which just happens from the friction but it’s not from the motor or anything. It is quiet enough I can use it on him while he sleeps sometimes. But thankfully I can mostly clip his nails now and I use this to help round out the sharp edges after clipping.

Add me to the list of parents that accidental nicked their baby’s finger with clippers before having to figure out something different. The last time, my husband got one of our twins pretty bad and her crying absolutely broke my heart. I decided never again. So I got these. Much much better! It would be next to impossible to hurt your baby with this tool, and our girls slept soundly through the experience. Sure a regular file is an option, but we did NOT have time for that with 2 infants and they wiggle so much that it took even longer. This is quick, painless, effective, and much better for this mama’s emotions!

I have serious ptsd from trimming my sons nails when he was a baby. I snipped the tip of his finger once and when my daughter came a long, I was in tears trying to trim her nails. My 5 month old and my 2.5 year old do nottttt like their nails to be cut, it’s a serious fight with my 2.5 year old and just not easy with how small a 5 month old nails are. But this tool makes it so easy! No worries on cutting them and no wasted time trying to get the nail into the clippers and by the time you do they wiggle their fingers and the nail is out of the clippers again..
My 2.5 year old let me do all 20 nails in one sitting and was very happy and engaged in the whole process, a much happier experience

I don’t know if it’s just me or if the generic nail files are hard for everyone to use with a newborn but this right here, this is a game changer! I started using this file on her when she was 1 month old (this is when I learned about the product) and I’ve loved it ever since. It’s super easy to use! So much so, that my daughter even is at peace while I use it. She’s now 3 months and just lays there watching me file her nails down. I believe she enjoys the feeling and the sound. I highly recommend this product! Oh also,bonus, it comes with attachments for you to use on yourself if you’d like to!
